Special Events are designed to enrich community and member experience of the Kennedy collections, featuring activities such as vault tours of rarely seen holdings, hands on art making, or lectures, music events and poetry readings relevant to the current exhibitions.

A 90-minute reading of the Tony Award winning play presented in conjunction with the “Resilience and Resistance” exhibit at the Kennedy. Mark Rothko and his young assistant furiously wrangle over art and morality in Red by John Logan, featuring School of Theater actors Evan Bergman (faculty, member of Actors’ Equity Association) and James Walkowski (Senior BFA actor and Kennedy Museum student employee).
